The Learning Impaired Football Trophy is an annual event sponsored by the Luton North Rotary Club as part of its Community, Vocational, and Youth Activities programs .

At this year's event the club also launched some of the Balloons for the 2004 Giant Balloon Race, raising money for the Rotary Youth Trust for Luton, a joint project between the four Rotary Clubs of Luton to celebrate the Centenary Year of the Rotary International movement.
