INITIAL
FORMAT - Welcome and outline of the work of the Committee from Chair,
John Versey. Presentation on Emergency Boxes. Introduction to the
four District Endorsed Projects 2007/8 and other projects being undertaken by
Clubs in the District. Opportunity to discuss with project sponsors how
your Club could give support.
INVITATION
TO PRESENT/DISPLAY YOUR CLUB PROJECT - If your Club has an international
project or a proposed project, which you would wish to publicise to the
District, either for information or practical/financial support, could you
please let me know by 23/11/07 and appropriate provision will be made
within the format of the Half Yearly Meeting
NOTIFICATION
OF ATTENDANCE - Could Clubs please let me know of anticipated attendance at
the Half Yearly Meeting. Also will any person require a hot buffet (price
£5 per person, payable on the night). Closing date for notification
Friday 23/11/07.
